Please submit Before and After pictures, and story of transformation (300 words or less)

 

All Competitors will receive medals for achievement and stage photos. ADDITIONAL PRIZES TBD.

Competitors story will be read with before photo being displayed for audience, after story is completed, Competitor will perform a T-Walk.
