Programming options include:

ONLINE COACHING:

- customized programming assigned to clients for self-directed execution. Ongoing support & feedback will allow for constant program adjustments & progressions as necessary to ensure goals will be reached/exceeded.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING:

- semi-private training option with only 4-6 people.  Limited number of group participants allows for more individualized attention.  Program runs monthly with no fixed term, 2x/wk for 1hr sessions, with only a 30 day cancellation required.


THE HYBRID:

- A fusion between 1-on-1 and online coaching options.  Set up in minimum 3mth terms (min 18 sessions), with clients receiving customized "homework" to be executed on their own.  Available as 1-2x/wk options for 1-on-1 training, with additional "homework" as assigned based on clients needs & goals. THE HYBRID INTENSIVE:

- Similar to THE HYBRID but with one added twist.  This program comes at you right out of the gates at 3x/wk with 1-on-1 training for the first 6wks, and is followed up with online coaching & customized "homework" for another 6wks.  This program really sets the tone right off the bat regarding intensity, education, and RESULTS!! 1-ON-1 CUSTOMIZED  PROGRAMS:

​- The absolute most sure-fire way to achieve your goals is to have the individualized attention & customization that's most specific under the watchful eye of a trained coach.  Program adjustments & technique corrections can be done immediately as observed, to ensure the most efficient, most customized training programs available!  Results driven programs available at 4x/wk in 3mth, 6mth, 9mth, & 12mth options.  (A separate 2-3x/wk option is available in different program lengths).
